Size and description of project
This development consists of an 18-storey tower encompassing 236 apartments (a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom plus several 3-bedroom penthouses). Also included are two smaller scale buildings of five- and six-storeys containing 109 apartments. Ground floors are a mix of commercial office, café/restaurant and retail spaces.
