A 66 residential apartment complex—1, 2 and 3 bedroom designs each with a generous entertaining balcony and some with a study option. Designed as a ‘community'—residential areas and complementary ground floor commercial space, each designed to enhance the other. A central courtyard, featuring a landscaped garden area, links residents with the social hub of on-site cafés, professional office suites. This area is designed to be a focal point of Aspire—an attraction in its own right.
