Three-storey post tensioned concrete framed residential aged care facility building. Two, four-storey apartment blocks with basement constructed of a precast flooring system. Main facilities building with two, four-storey apartment blocks constructed of post tensioned concrete frames.

Unique features/specific challenges
The varying nature of the buildings and staged construction meant the design had to be flexible to respond to market forces. This meant working through various methods of construction in house, from post tensioned to precast flooring systems and individual housing.
