The building consists of 250 apartments, including three basement and ground floor with two swimming pools and eight upper unit levels.

Unique features/specific challenges
The apartments were stacked in a skip-stop vertical pattern which complicated the construction of conventionally formed flat slab floors supported by blade columns. Both the façade and partition walls are light weight construction. A transfer podium flat slab was designed to carry the unit blade column loads and two large swimming pools and deep root landscaping.
