Built as the major shopping precinct of the Jerrabomberra area with Woolworths as an anchor tenant and numerous specialty stores and commercial tenancies.

General construction being of precast tilt up construction and steel frame.

Approximately $12 million

Unique features/specific challenges
The project had to be undertaken with stringent time and budgetary constraints. Initial investigation of options led to a recommended solution of a precast and steel frame. All precast panels were designed in house, coordinated with the shop detailer for panels and steelwork.
